Your pet dog has surely been providing services for you and your entire household. Surely, most of us are thankful to our pet dogs because they are, indeed, our best friend. They keep us away from the harm that illegal intruders may bring in as they stay awake at night and guard off our house. Additionally, they give us joy by simply being close and friendly to us. They also give us an inspiration to exercise as we jog with them around the area. More importantly, they provide us with a relationship that already resembles a family because of the bond that we have with them.

Most hotels or motels realize that a lot of people now want to take their pets on vacation, so they are doing what they can to make their hotel or motel pet friendly.
Another thing you can do is join the AAA club, or the AARP club. They will help you research with hotels are best for you and your pet, and what the accommodations are like. If you have a pet that is not a cat or a dog, and is more exotic, like a snake, or lizard, your choices are narrowed down a little more.
If you cannot find anything through the first two suggestions, you can always get out your phonebook. Use the yellow pages, and call the local hotels or motels. Then ask them if they can recommend some pet friendly resorts that will accommodate you, your family and your pet.
